Every rental in this guide has been checked by a an operative of the Syndicat d'Initiative. Proprietors have promised only to rent out properties figuring in this brochure. Any failure to comply results in the immediate complete liquidation of the proprietor by the aforementioned official. Please keep the rental contract as it is strictly necessary in any case involving legal intervention against the proprietor (or his representative in case of prior liquidation by the syndicate operative).
